Please read our Terms or Services carefully before using 11Plus Supportline online services. Please do not access our service if you do not accept our Terms of Services. We may review it from time to time so we recommend you check this page regularly.
Purchase
Passwords will be provided to the parent soon after booking a service and safeguarding the password is parent responsibility as well. This must not be disclosed to any third party. Contact our support team if you have any queries with the details set out below. Passwords should not be given to anyone else as they are not transferrable. This may only be used by the student.
Cancellation & Refunds
A request to cancel a class can be made 48 hours before a session and we will provide you a refund.
Punctuality.
Children should log in 5 minutes before the start of a session to avoid unnecessary disruptions. Similarly, parent must ensure that children are ready with the necessary resources such as notebook and pens so that they can begin their lessons promptly.
Attendance
Parent must inform us if a child is unable to attend a session.
Practice Test papers
Parent must ensure that test papers are sent in 2 days before the next session to ensure the work is marked. This is will ensure the child can get immediate feedback and taken through all the necessary correction in the session.
